To make 8 heart-shaped waffles, you will need:
1 cup Milk or Milk substitute
1 3/4 cups of Torill's Table Gluten Free Waffle & Pancake Mix
2 tbsp cup melted (cooled) butter/coconut oil
Preheat a Norwegian style shallow waffle maker. (Making them as pancakes or thicker Belgian style waffles? Click here.) Whip eggs in a large bowl. Add milk and mix and baking soda, and stir well. Then add the cooled melted butter/coconut oil. Let sit for a few minutes, then spoon into lightly greased waffle maker and bake until done, approximately 3-4 minutes, depending on preference.
