Carrot Waffles

half bag
2 cups waffle mix
1/2 L buttermilk
2 eggs
1 cup finely grated carrots, densely packed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter
Follow the instructions on the bag. The water has been replaced with the grated carrots and cinnamon. This recipe can be used to make a wonderful carrot waffle cake as well. To make the cake, spread cream cheese icing on several waffles and stack them. Sprinkle icing sugar on top. Fun and easy. Enjoy!
