RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns of unused, unopened bags of Torill’s Table Premium Waffle Mix and Gluten-Free Waffle Mix; as well as unused, undamaged kitchen accessories and appliances from the Torill’s Table online store, within 30 days of receiving your order, for a full refund of your money. Simply put your kit back in the box you received it in, and mail it to:

The customer is responsible for shipping charges for all returns. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of Torill’s Table receiving your returned item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Sorry, but refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Unused, unopened items only

We only accept returns and refunds for items that are completely unused and unopened.

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for items that have been used or opened due to food safety regulations.

REPLACING DAMAGED ITEMS

Did your order arrive damaged? We will gladly replace damaged or defective products from our store at no charge to you.

Simply send a photo of the damaged item, with your order receipt, to info@torills-table.com, and tell us what the problem is. If the item is damaged, broken, or otherwise faulty by no fault of your own, we’ll gladly send you a replacement – on us.
